It took me years to find a morning routine that truly worked for me. While I don’t do every item every day, I’ve created a rotating rhythm that brings energy and ease into my life — with enough variety to keep things fresh.

Use this list as a guide. Choose a few to rotate, or follow as a checklist.

Hydrate + Move:
Enjoy Water (water immersion — shower, bath, swim, jacuzzi)

Power Thought:
Read or write one sentence that inspires you.

Power or Gentle Movement:
Go for a walk or stretch outside, take your dog

Quick Journal Prompt:
“What would make me feel strong today?”

Mini Creative Burst:
Sketch, doodle, color — 15 minutes max.

Tidy + Ground:
Make your bed, light music, clean one surface.

Body Fuel Up:
Eat something nourishing (and celebrate that choice).

Mind Fuel Up:
Sit for a few minutes of meditation and/or prayer

Self-Care Ritual:
Face wash, favorite lotion, or morning tea — slowly.

Clear Space:
Delete 5 emails, toss 3 pieces of clutter, take a handful and sort, file, recycle, trash.

Stretch or Flow:
Do 1 yoga pose or 3 deep breaths with arm circles.

Learn + Grow:
Watch 5 min of an inspiring video or course.

Quick Connect:
Send a kind text or voice message, schedule time with someone you Love.

ENERGIZE:
With music and/or dance while cleaning. Center + Serve: Ask: “What’s one small way I can uplift someone today?”
