Maximize Monday → Center + Organize (Administration + Marketing)

  • Set one BIG intention (personal + business) for the week.
  • Organize supporting tasks and schedule them.
  • Business: Administrative tasks, planning, and marketing strategy.

Focus: Laying organizational stepstones to complete a major project.


Talk to ’Em Tuesday → Visibility + Connection (Sales + Human Resources)

  • Personal: Make one key connection (friend, family, or someone you admire).
    • Support someone in their intentions this week, share your intention and now you have an accountability buddy for the week!
  • Business:
    • Sales actions (outreach, follow-up, proposals).
    • Human Resources: connect with employees, contractors, partners, or clients.
    • Visibility: publish blog, YouTube, or social content.

Focus: Grow connections + sales by showing up and reaching out.


Well/Work Wednesday → Wellness + Operations (People + Systems Check-in)

  • Personal: Wellness check-in → sleep, nutrition, movement, medical appointments, stress release appointments/activities on calendar.
  • Business:
    • Operations review (systems, workflows, efficiency).
    • Website updates, product delivery, client onboarding improvements.
    • Midweek reflection: are you on track to reach this week’s intention by Friday?

Focus: Align wellness + operations to keep people and systems thriving.


Thrive Thursday → Strategy + Automation (Systems + Growth)

  • Personal: Simplify → declutter, streamline, let go of what’s not working, seek new resources to support growth.
  • Business:
    • Automation focus: emails, scheduling, CRM, financial tools.
    • Strategic growth: partnerships, collaborations, new opportunities.
    • Revisit business values + long-term direction, ensure alignment.

Focus: Rework systems + automate for simplicity and scalability.


Financial Friday → Money Matters (Finance + Risk Management)

  • Personal: Wrap up the week, celebrate wins, and prepare for rest and/or weekend fun.
  • Business:
    • Review income, expenses, and cash flow.
    • Assess financial relationships (vendors, partners, taxes, IRS).
    • Plan financial actions for next week.
    • Risk check: identify anything that could derail financial health.

Focus: Strengthen financial stability + take proactive money actions.


Self-Care Saturday → Recharge + Relationships

  • Personal: Family time, fun, rest, art, sport and joy.
  • Business: Brief reflection of the week only (if needed).
    • What went well?
    • Opportunities for improvement?

Focus: Refuel your energy for the week ahead.


Soulful Sunday → Vision + Creativity

  • Personal: Journaling, gratitude, spiritual practice.
  • Business:
    • Big-picture brainstorming.
    • Visioning next projects.
    • Capture creative ideas (don’t implement yet—just collect).

Focus: Align personal soul and business vision before the new week begins.
